This sweet and tart damson liqueur is made every autumn with organic damsons grown in a West Country orchard. The Highgrove Estate's liqueur is a revelation. Tart damsons are picked at the right point to ensure the resulting liqueur is smooth, full-flavoured, and sweet. Best enjoyed by a roaring fire or perhaps from a hip flask on a chilly day.
